Ventures UAE is an independent UAE-focused venture operating system that provides startup simulations, investor readiness scoring, regulatory guidance, venture health monitoring, founder matching, pitch review, deal flow intelligence, document exports, and related tools.
Ventures UAE provides informational tools and structured insights. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, regulatory, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business, legal, financial, investment, or regulatory decisions.
Simulations, scores, forecasts, alerts, and recommendations are estimates based on available inputs and assumptions. We do not guarantee funding, revenue, profitability, investor interest, regulatory approval, business success, or marketplace sales.
Founder matching, pitch review, investor discovery, and marketplace features are provided to help users connect and evaluate opportunities. Ventures UAE does not verify all user claims and is not responsible for user-to-user agreements, investments, employment, advisory relationships, or business transactions.
Some features may require payment through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions and purchases are managed by Apple according to Apple’s payment terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. We do not directly process App Store refunds.
If marketplace features are available, users may publish, purchase, or access simulation packs, documents, or related outputs. Marketplace content is user-generated or system-generated and may not be independently verified.
The Ventures UAE app, design, branding, software, workflows, and generated platform structure belong to Ventures UAE or its developer. User-provided business data remains the responsibility of the user. Generated reports may be used by the user for their own business planning, subject to these Terms.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, overload, scrape, disrupt, or misuse the platform. You must not use the app to commit fraud, impersonate others, mislead investors, or share confidential third-party data without permission.

You may request account deletion through https://venturesuae.com/delete-account.html.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventures UAE and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the app, including lost profits, failed fundraising, regulatory issues, business decisions, or investment outcomes.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be improved, limited, or discontinued.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
