Ventures UAE is an independent UAE-focused venture operating system designed to help founders simulate, plan, monitor, and improve their startup journey. We respect the confidentiality of founder, investor, financial, and business data.

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect or process:
Founder financials, simulations, investor readiness scores, pitch materials, and business planning data may be commercially sensitive. We treat this information as confidential user data and do not sell it.
Ventures UAE may provide structured insights, scores, recommendations, and simulations based on data entered by the user. These outputs are informational only and should not be treated as financial, legal, tax, investment, or regulatory advice.
The app may use secure cloud infrastructure providers, including Supabase and Apple services. Where possible, local-first storage may be used for sensitive financial or venture health data. Some features may sync data to cloud infrastructure to enable account access, realtime features, messaging, alerts, marketplace, or backup.
Ventures UAE is designed with UAE founder privacy, confidentiality, and business trust principles in mind. Users should avoid entering highly confidential information unless they are comfortable storing it within the app’s infrastructure. Future versions may support enhanced regional hosting, enterprise controls, and data residency options.
We may use third-party services for authentication, database hosting, notifications, analytics, payment processing, and app distribution. These may include Apple, Supabase, and hosting providers. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Payments and subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
If you allow notifications, we may send alerts related to venture health, deal flow, investor readiness, regulatory reminders, simulations, pitch activity, or account updates. You may disable notifications through iOS settings.
Some features may allow users to share reports, readiness cards, pitch summaries, marketplace listings, or public links. You control what you choose to share. Do not share sensitive information publicly unless intended.
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve the product, and support user accounts. Users may request deletion as described below.

Ventures UAE is intended for business users, founders, investors, and professionals. It is not intended for children under 13.

If you access Ventures UAE from outside the UAE, your information may be processed in countries where our infrastructure providers operate.
