You may request deletion of your Ventures UAE account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

Delete My Account

Please Include

• The email address linked to your Ventures UAE account.
• A short confirmation that you want your account deleted.

What Will Be Deleted

Where technically and legally possible, we will delete or anonymise:

• Your account profile.
• Founder profile data.
• Simulation sessions and reports.
• Investor readiness assessments.
• Regulatory roadmap data.
• Venture health records synced to cloud services.
• Pitch submissions and review data associated with your account.
• Saved preferences, alerts, and watchlists.

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained where required for legitimate business, legal, fraud prevention, audit, security, dispute resolution, or App Store transaction record purposes. Where retained, data may be anonymised or minimised where possible.

Local Device Data

Some information may exist only on your device. You can remove local data by deleting the app from your device. If iCloud or backups are enabled, Apple device backup settings may also apply.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel Apple App Store subscriptions. To cancel a subscription:

iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Ventures UAE → Cancel Subscription

Processing Time

We aim to process account deletion requests within 7 business days. Complex requests or identity verification may take longer.
